Sweet! but I think you might be too late! I think they only have smalls left in men’s __ I’ve been getting tons of e-mails asking to restock… like I do that.. I just draw it. LOL..

If they do not Restock, then I am going to try and get them to let me have the rights back to sell the shirts myself.

Hey Guys! thanks for the awesome words on my shirt design!

It’s funny, I just googled the name and a crapload of blogs and links poped up linking to Jon store! I’m super happy with how the silver print came out (I don’t know if any of you got one or not..)

Oh! and to clear up the confusion.. I am Adam Baker. the creator of this mighty flesh feast. LOL. And YES! I too am a hardcore balls to the wall zombie freak. the idea behind this design was not just to have Romero zombies on there, but to have other zombies that would not even exist if it weren’t for Romero..

If you notice, Fulci’s zombie is on there, as well as tarman, and even others like that doctor dude from planet terror, (yes if it werent for Romero, that movie would not exist either.) On the first draft I had Micheal Jackson from thriller and Shaun and “Bloody Mary” from Shaun of the Dead, but they got scrapped and replaced by the Machete zombie and the very first zombie from NOTLD

Needless to say… I too am a dork.

Not to be too geeky about it, but Fulci’s Zombie is a sequel of sorts to Dawn of the Dead, and Tar-Man’s Return of the Living Dead is taken from Russo’s novel sequel of Night of the Living Dead (even if in name only). So the connection’s pretty direct, actually.

Fair enough, my description wasn’t entirely valid, however the title of the shirt still stands as both O’Bannon and Fulci owe their debt to The House Romero Built.

Those aren’t all “Romero’s more iconic flesh eaters” though. There are zombies in that picture that have nothing to do with Romero. The Tar Man in the centre is from O’Bannon’s “Return of the Living Dead” and the zombie on the left is from Fulci’s “Zombi”.
