Fangoria debuted the poster for Marcus Dunstan’s directorial debut today and I couldn’t help but instantly think of the orange masked “killer” from CRY_WOLF. Given Dunstan’s penchant for blood covered blood I don’t think anyone will be confusing the two after having seen THE COLLECTOR, but hey, books and covers and all that.

Remember, HorrorSquad.com and Fantastic Fest will be presenting a screening of THE COLLECTOR on July 22^nd. I’ll be there, so expect a review on July 23^rd (my birthday, btw) of what the FEAST writers have been up to when not doing the SAW jumble.

Stealing the spotlight on the fact that my birthday is the 24th, I see.

If it wasn’t at the Alamo, I’d go down and greet. However, since it’s a good 12 hours drive…I guess I won’t.
