Horror's Not Dead

The League of Tana Tea Drinkers

The League of Tana Tea Drinkers

May 8th 2008 @ 10:05 pm

The tube child of John Cozzoli (Zombos Closet of Horror), the LOTTD is his (and its members) way of acknowledging genre blogs of merit. Membership is invite only, so it is with no shortage of ego that I get to confess my recent membership. I must further confess that I am honored to have been invited.

You may have never heard of the LOTTD, I honestly had not until Zombo himself contacted me, but odds are heavy that if you’ve trawled the internet for non commercial horror blogs, you’ve come across at least one of The League without knowing it (I’ve posted about at least one of them in recent memory).

The member base stands at 18 blogs, all of supreme insight into the genre. The focus of most members is the yesteryear of the macabre, which I know will mate with the tastes of much of this site’s readers. So, without further beleaguerment, the All Star roster of The League of Tana Tea Drinkers (which can also be found at the bottom of every page on this site):

Arbogast on Film
Blogue Macabre
Drunken Severed Head
Final Girl
Frankensteinia
Gospel of the Living Dead
Groovy Age of Horror
Horrors of It All
Kindertrauma
Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad Movies
Moon is a Dead World
Slasher Speak
Theofantastique
Tolerated Vandalism
Unspeakable Horror
Vault of Horror
Zombos Closet of Horror

Oh, and I’ve also updated the entire linking section of this site, aka the footer.  It is now overrun with secret passageways.
