Yeah, the cop who got shot with the bean bag gun (I'm assuming that is what it was) was pretty unbelievable. It looked like he had a crater in his head and then his actions afterwards were just ridiculous.

Then again, I thought the whole movie had an air of ridiculousness, so it fit with me.

Did the one cop get shot in the face by the riot gun? That whole scenario was a bit sketchy.

The way the two cops acted did kind of put me off as well. However, those facts got C-sectioned from my thoughts by the end of the movie. Then it was awesome.

Ah, yeah, I hear you Brian [and now I remember your original comment about yelling ending the movie, hehe]. I think I was willing to ignore the implausibility of the plot's selective logic, because the movie as a whole was so...so...carefree.

INSIDE is like the CRANK of horror, to me at least.

I thought the characters' behavior (or lack thereof) in certain spots was groan-inducing and annoyed the hell out of me. A couple examples (it has been a couple weeks since I saw it, so bear with me):

1. Why does the killer treat the bathroom door as if it is an impenetrable force field?
2. Why doesn't the pregnant lady scream or say anything when people are knocking on the door and having conversations down stairs? The house didn't look that big to me.
3. Why didn't the cop who was killed first scream or say something to warn the one that went upstairs after he knew he was in trouble? Hell, he didn't even scream out of fright.

There was just too many forced coincidences for me. I liked it, but I would have loved it had it not been so lazy.
