Last Week in Horror, September 28th to October 5th

Posted by Peter Hall - October 5th 2008 @ 7:35 pm

Last Week in Horror we finally started to see some marketing material for studio backed films and I couldn’t be more saddened?  Why?  Well, of the four studio clips, three are for remakes and the other is a PG-13 teen shocker that I’m going to guess will most heavily be advertised on MTV and MySpace.

Oh well, some cool news.  FearNET will be showing MIDNIGHT MEAT TRAIN for free on its service all through October.  That said, it has yet to show up on my local FearNET OnDemand menu, but then again Comcast is a fucking abysmal corporation and my OnDemand (and internet) is rarely functioning.

Please tell me that you are going to put a reminder up to tell us about free showing of Midnight Meat Train on Oct 30th. If that is unreasonable, please call my cell and remind me. Thanks.

Yeah, Matt, I’ll be throwing up a reminder.

I happened to go through the Comcast FEARnet menu at the beginning of October, before this announcement made its way, and it was a no show. However, since that day OnDemand in my bedroom has just flat out not worked at all. That’s Comcastic!

Haha. Well, I have Direct TV (I have to have NFL Sunday Ticket), so all on demand features are void for me. Hope you get that stuff fixed.
