Last Week in Horror: 3/23 - 3/30

Another week of non-major news.  WORLD WAR Z gets a whole heap of critical internet buzz.  Sam Raimi’s return to horror, not so much.  Radha Mitchell, who a lot of people hated in SILENT HILL, but I’m a fan of, joins a kick ass sounding robot flick.

Not a whole lot else, unless you’ve been waiting for a JOY RIDE 2 trailer.  If so, today is your day.

Has Poultrygeist not been released yet? I acquired a DVD of it from a certain site (hint: you invited me to it). Recommend giving it a watch, and gonna save posting this again in your previous post.

Nope, no retail release yet (or any time soon as far as I can see), though it has played a few places. Its worth it, eh? I’ll have to keep that in mind… be a perfect fit for the next Horror’s Not Dead All Day Long.

Yeah, i’d give it a blast. Possibly my favourite Troma film, and should still be on ‘tik for download. Not sure how far i’d agree with it being a “fromage” of Miike’s Happiness of the Katakuris.
