unfortunately, most of the contacts i have are on the television side of things. i worked in the Denver main office.

i do know some people at Starz Media and am very friendly with a few at Anchor Bay.

you should email me about this, though, to talk about it more in-depth.

by the way, not sure if you ever saw GOING TO PIECES: THE RISE AND FALL OF THE SLASHER FILM or not, but you should definitely check it out. i had a hand in that, and if you watch the end credits carefully, you'll see me listed in the "Special Thanks" section.

I've got a post about the day in the works, but until then...don't worry Andy, we never made it to Day of the Dead, which as you've said, is probably a great thing.

Where did you used to work?

I can't wait to watch The Mist again, this time on DVD, so i can stop and eject it before that bullshit ending. and still enjoy the rest of the film.

i can't wait to check out Storm Warning and Automaton Transfusion myself. have you seen Welcome to the Jungle yet? through my old job i got the opportunity to watch a screener of it last february and though there were several moments that dragged and the whole forced-conflict thing got a little old, i really enjoyed it.

through that same job i got to watch a screener of some scenes from that Day of the Dead remake.

man, i'm telling you, do NOT watch that piece of shit. and if you ABSOLUTELY MUST, make sure you don't watch it last.

trust me, Peter, that is NOT the note you want this thing to go out on.

Automaton Transfusion was shot, in part, in my hometown of Winter Haven, FL. Let us know how it is.

This sounds like a good time. Unfortunately we don't have basements in Florida.

Never shalt thee presume what yet hath not beenithith.

P.S. Most likely going to go see 10,000 B.C. in the morning and lounge about for the remainder of the day. I'll see if I can make a flick or two though.
