The Paul W.S. Anderson adaptation of Castlevania gets the chop due to the WGA strike.
The guy who wrote both remakes of The Grudge has his company hands on the adaptation of semi-popular novel Monster Island.
Christian Bale confirmed as John Connor in T4.
Ghost House Pictures greenlights sequels to every single one of their films except the only one that was good; 30 Days of Night.

Remakes
Roy Lee steps away from Asia to grab the US remake of German horror comedy Night of the Living Dorks.
Motel Hell for October 31st, Funny Games for March 14th ‘08.
Box Office Mojo also has an updated ratings list; 3 remakes get their PG-13 badge of indifference.
Hellraiser slotted for September 5th, 2008.

I thought this was already confirmed, but news is out once again that Romero is doing Diary of the Dead 2.
