What gets my interest is the continent of Australia and the lost worldesque ecosystem of New Zealand.

They were talking about 12 foot long monitor lizards, 9 foot tall killer kangaroos, and wombats as large as rhinos, marsupial lions. These were animals that roamed Oz until the aboriginees showed up... only to go extinct shortly afterwards (the theory is that the brush fires used for agriculture was what caused them to die out).

How about the largest eagle that ever lived, the 9 foot tall Moa, and giant parrots in old New Zealand...

Imagine the awe and inspiration that these creatures gave those paleolithic humans.

Nope, haven't checked out bfro.net before, but it looks solid. The most regular crypto site I check out is Cryptomundo.

Good heads up though, I can't get enough of that stuff.

Hell yeah. I watched this video like 12 times in a row at work today.
I am, however, very sad that the Majestic Beast died shortly after capture. and without eating any of the divers to boot.

Damn shame.

Cryptozoology is soooo awesome.

I assume you've been to www.bfro.net?
