What about Varsity Blues? Joe's Apartment? Jackass? Dude, MTV puts out some of the best guilty pleasures around. (there is another good one I'm forgetting...anyone?) I was one of 11 people to see The Lookout in theaters and yes, it is quite good. Low key but so well put together. I like that kid from 3rd Rock and Jeff Daniels continues to be one of the most underrated actors working. It should probably be a "blind buy" on your list. MTV presents = automatically bad?
