		<description>It's weird -- I only bought THREE...EXTREMES yesterday, after reading your review for "Dumplings."  But I've actually seen this one.  Correction -- I've seen part of it, though I'm not sure how it worked out that way (I'm thinking someone made a cheap VHS dub for me before the disc was available domestically?  'Cause I seem to remember seeing it on videotape, oddly enough).

The segment I saw:  the middle one, "Memories."  I remember thinking it was a really slow-burn, moody creepy piece, although the whole time I was mainly unimpressed simply because I knew exactly where it was going.  And, like you, I don't dig these kinds of stories.  Specifically because they always end up going with the same big "reveal."  I always shake my head, wondering if the writer thought no one had ever seen this kind of thing before in the history of film . . . sigh . . . .
