Haha, I have a fond memory of that walk out only because when the 14 year old girls behind us asked, “why is everyone leaving” I told her because, “you all won’t shut the fuck up!!” and the theater got quiet again.

Common sense just isn’t what it used to be. I remember the midnight screening of AvP (I wish I didn’t) and some jackass parent having brought a baby to it. Cradle and everything.

The fact that they’re actually going back and adding shit to boost it up to an ‘R’ rating is cool enough in itself. In the last few years it’s been the other way around to try to cater to all the 8th grade audience. Cut this and delete that to get it down to PG-13. I fucking hate those little kids and their parents for letting them roam free in public with out teaching them how to act.

Peter, remember when we had to actually walk out of The Ring? Within the first 10 – 15 minutes of the movie every little kid in the DC metro area was in there playing with their fucking cell phones and yelling at each other. All you could hear is “SHHHHH”. NO YOU SHHHHHH!!!” since the movie started. I’m sick of having to go to the theater late as hell just to see a PG-13 movie because it’s past the little kid’s bed time. Just make all movies rated ‘R’ so the children are at least required to have an adult there to smack the shit out of them when they need to be reminded of where they are.

I don't know if I even need to see this movie. The title + Sam Jackson is blowing my mind already.
