yeah that one was awesome. I think it should’ve ended maybe a little sooner though. And i still have a pretty major grudge against Landis.

The opening shot though, moving from the outside, into the door, through the house and down to Wendt: Wow.

This would be my second. I just can’t deny how much fun I had watching Family. Landis is great and Wendt is a riot.

so far, this is my favorite episode of the new season.

great story. great performances. great sound design and camera work. great pacing. subtext. subtlety. nuance. attention to detail.
