Horror's Not Dead

"I promise to rip the smooth, white skin off American literature and expose the spreading tumor of spineless suburban mediocre fiction that is eating the weak, atrophied muscle of art and then to clean the wound I made with the chewing maggots of my words."

If you head on over to the genre blog with the best title ever, I Spit on Your Movie, you can read my contribution to the great, ongoing ISOYM Fives series.  If it isn’t clear from the title, I picked my five favorite films based on stories you probably haven’t read.

Ya know, Mr. Jay-oh, I’m actually an honest-to-god writer. We tend to have range. You should read some of the stuff I wrote for the Chicago Film Festival. I can sell the shit out of a movie, even if its bland.

I’ll post some up once they’re all available in full.

Great list, thanks Peter and I agree nothing wrong with being able to switch writing styles when you want, range is always a bonus.
